BRUcloud highlights: Freight Management App 1.0 goes live and Swissport starts using Slot Booking App!

BRUcloud, the open data sharing platform with multiple collaborative applications, operational within BRUcargo has a new application live! The Freight Management App 1.0 is since this week used in combination with the Slot Booking App by 5 Forwarders(FWDRs) and 1 Ground Handling Agent (GHA). This application makes a paperless and secure handover of import freight from GHA to FWDR possible. This is the first BRUcloud app making use of Blockchain technology.

Last week Swissport joined the Slot Booking App. From now on all active warehouse handlers at BRUcargo are offering time slots via the App, which makes the landside management at BRUcargo more standardised and efficient.
